Fee Structure - from 1st August 2018 to 31st October 2018

Note: Management are open to discuss alternative childcare arrangements, should parents find that this fee structure does not meet their childcare needs.

Minimum booking of 2 days per week.

A non-refundable **registration fee of £100 is required secure your childcare place, followed by a payment equal to  4 weeks fees on the first day at Rosehill Nursery, a direct debit payment will be set up for  1st of each calendar month in advance for subsequent payments due.

Childcare voucher payment & Tax free childcare payment are also accepted, parents to process the payment to reach Rosehill Nursery on the 1st of each month in advance. 

*T&C Apply, baby formula milk is not provided, parents are requested to provide dry formula in a dispenser daily.

Minimum booking of 2 sessions per week for 15 hours & 5 sessions for 30 funded hours 

Confirmation of funding eligibility is required prior to booking a place, birth certificate, passport and 30 hours HMRC code, once verification is confirmed a non refundable deposit of £50 secures your child's place, this charge covers the annual administration cost of your child's learning journey record.

Healthy eating -The DFE (2018) states that funding does not cover the cost of food, consumables or additional activities, therefore parents are to provide: a nutritionally balanced. Breakfast,  morning snack, lunch and light tea for their child each day of attendance. Rosehill Nursery nursery does not prepare, fridgerate or heat any food provided by parents. Currently the government provides 1/3 pint fresh milk to each child, we also offer drinking water throughout the day. Wet wipes, toilet tissues and facial tissues are  also required to ensure hygiene & well being.

Outdoor learning - Parents are to provide, for at nursery use, a waterproof outdoor jacket and pants, a pair of wellington boots, hat and gloves for outdoor play. Sun cream, 

Sports & exercise - Parents to provide a white T shirt, Navy shorts and black canvas shoes for indoor activities. 

Meals & consumable package - Parents are able to purchase all meals and consumables for a daily charge of £7.50, this is a separate contract between the parent/parents and Rosehill Nursery Ltd and is payable monthly in advance by Direct debit on the 1st of each month. 

Extra curriculum activities *T&C Apply. are charged at a cost price, parents have the option to opt their child in or out of these activities each term 

New from September 2018 - Inclusive Pre-school with built in wrap around and holiday care.

This S-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d funded option offers parents the security of knowing that their 3 or 4 yr old is occupied, learning and  having an adventure with their friends in a trusted environment each day and during the holiday times.Our inclusive package removes  the pressure of  juggling time between work and finding suitable, affordable before and after school clubs, not to mention finding a holiday club,that opens early and closes late to accommodate the majority of parents usual working hours, and the burden of making up days worth of pack lunches. We make holiday time fun, with activities and outings that  lend to big childhood memories, full of adventures, that they will recall year after year. 

Our Inclusive Pre-school day is costed at 9.5 hours per session. Parents are able to use their funded hours as part of the day to work with their work/life balance & saving the cost and burden of finding affordable and accessible wrap around care and holiday clubs that comes with a term time only Pre-school place. 

Example 1: A parent purchases 3 x 9.5 hours days per week, giving the child 28.5 hours of Enrichment learning, the parent uses 22 S-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d funded hours to reduce the costs, leaving 6.5 hours @ £6.00 to pay = £39.00 per week 

Example 2: A parent purchases 4 x 9.5 hours days per week, giving the child 38 hours of Enrichment learning, the parent uses 22 S-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d funded hours to reduce the costs, leaving 16 hours @ £6.00 to pay = £96.00 per week

Example 3: A parent purchases 5 x 9.5 hours days per week, giving the child 47,5 hours of Enrichment learning, the parent uses 22 S-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d funded hours to reduce the costs, leaving 25.5 hours @ £6.00 to pay  = £153.00 per week

Parents can also apply for working tax credits in addition to claiming the 15 or 30 funded hours, or enrol on the HMRC tax free childcare scheme, further assistance that helps reduce the cost of childcare.
